Disconnected

As I joined sc back to check on everyone, I tried to help someone with some donations but then I noticed my shop still has my old name sponge on it. So I didn't have acces.

I tried to get my alt, which does have acces to the shop, but every time I try to join, it instantly says: 'Disconnected'

Someone help me out, thank you.

that's odd. try restarting your computer, internet, or minecraft.

Keep trying, it keeps happening to me as well. Eventually it works.
