Some players who have went through the dungeons countless times when it was introduced most likely know the mob drops from heart, others like myself don't.
I can see how accuracy is a little challenging to track on each mob type since, well, you only can go through one dungeon per day (can't repeat the same course). Adding on to it, they drop a variety of items. Errors are perfectly fine within your guide and I will be looking back at this now and then.

It is very unknown what they drop in dungeons, as they will 2-shot u in p4
(noted to be found in Journey to Haven-I in a secret area)
