earth wars bow changes

i don't know if anyone else has this, or its only me but...
the bows in earth wars change as i snipe more people.
i don't know if its a hit tracker/kill tracker etc but can someone please brief me on this topic?
btw, first time on this forums so don't kill me if i post the pictures wrong >.<
