I recently got on Snapcraft in some time, and noticed Earthgames was removed. I had the VIP rank for the game, and was wondering if I could get a refund for the rank, or something to compensate for my finances that I spent on the rank.

Don't think I have the purchase confirmation, since it was back in 2016, and I have a lot of e-mails, but I'll try.

You’ll get gems in return for the ranks you lost due to the removal. Just make a support ticket explaining the situation and you should be good to go.

As Wolf said, you could just include the email you used to purchase the rank with.
