Hey, I bought VIP on EarthGames but it only says I'm VIP in the lobby. Any way to fix that?

It takes a little while for VIP to register in game. I bought VIP and the first game I played, it had the VIP stuff and the tag and all that, but the next game it didn't. After a while it gave me the items consistently. So... yeah it's just a matter of waiting

Yeah, i think it's a matter of how many games you play rather than how much time you wait

i don't know, this is just based off my experience.

If you do not receive your rank in-game in a day or two, you have to be patient as transactions do not occur immediately. If your problem persists, please reply to this thread Found Here following the step-by-step instructions provided by Maarten.

Just say you have your rank in lobby, but not in the actual game.

I just noticed there's a bug in the connection to our webshop with the EG game servers - I'm resolving it now.
