Eff 5 Pick? Staff Only

Hey guys, I was just wondering if there's a such thing as an eff 5 pick? BC I have one in my ender chest and idk how it got there. I was sorting out chests in my base when I found a eff 5 pick right in the corner. Plz reply

They do exist, as you can obtain them by combining Efficiency books together until you get an Efficiency 5 book, then put that on a pick.

Depends what you mean by rare. Hard to get, on some degrees yes. But from my perspective they're fairly easy to get. You'd have to go off your own perspective of the item.
