We need more staff that actually join eg. There are countless times where people like ferged, JakGamesYT, LOL1010, etc have hacked for around a week without punishment, until finally a staff checks the reports thread and bans them. Even though they still had that entire week to hack and ruin the game for so many players. I've seen a lot of staff in the lobby of eg, of course, but in games, I rarely see any.
I decided to run a test to see when I'd see a staff in a game and how often I'd see any staff in any games.
For the past 50 games I've been in, I've seen 0 staff (That's not like in and out of the game, like I joined at the begining of the game and played until a team won/lose). The only staff I ever see are Dudeman, Crafter, Cookie. Worst part is that I only see dude every 3 or so days, crafter every week or so, and I haven't seen cookie since the time I got false banned.
Now I'm not only bringing this up because of obvious hackers, yes I know we can go a head and record and report them, but let's be honest, we already know that, even though staff just spam it in every single one of these kinds of threads. I also understand that Snapcraft doesn't have too much staff to play with.
The main reason why I bring this up is because the obvious hackers are easy to record and report. But when you absolutely 100% know a certain player, vip or not, is using something like Player esp/x-ray/wirefram, but we can all garantee if you report somebody for that, the first comment will be a staff member saying "Not enough proof" because no matter how much proof you put in, staff just won't simply ban players for these kinds of hacks because they are harder to prove and are less obvious. I know for a fact a couple of players that are using some version of one of the above mentioned hacks, but recorded and reporting these things is just useless at this point, last time I recorded a super obvious hacker, using aura/anti-kb, the usual pvp hacks, it took 2 entire days for staff to get him banned. In my opinion, it shouldn't take nearly as long. I say this because I can easily name 2 people off the top of my head, who have used or are using some sort of mod or client to give them an advantage, also known as "hacks". The only problem is that if I go a head and report them with proof, the proof will get denied no matter how much proof I put, and then in-game the player that I report and their friends will just start calling me things that I don't wish to be called. If I report them for that? Nothing is going to happen. Remember what happened with Bob? Nothing because he was a staff and I'm not so he wins.
Keep in mind that this was just me expressing my opinion, don't bother commenting if you are just going to say something along the lines of "just report them anyways, nothing bad is going to happen" or "report them and we will make sure to get it resolved" because we both know that those are both lies.
