I believe there was a change in the items you receive from uncommon, common, and vote crates in factions. I'm pretty sure that creeper eggs have been taken out of vote crates which leaves them to be either be bought from the shop for 14k, receiving them in a /kit raid being a certain rank, or buying them off of the auction house. There is now two problems with this. Number 1 is that not everybody has a rank on the server to receive the kit with the creeper egg. Number 2 is that you can no longer find the creeper eggs on the auction house because nobody seems to have them. The only other option is buying it for 14k, which I think may be just a little overpriced. Any small faction is virtually unable to raid a bigger faction with a decent base Imagine a raid with 5 water walls and 10 double chests chests scattered around the middle of this base. This faction that is raiding has 1 creeper egg. You can blow up your designated double chest with a cannon and creeper egg another double chest, but then what about the other chests? You would have to re build your cannon another 3 times and go through 15 total walls just to get all the chests. Any small faction would not even near the money for that raid. I think there needs to be a big change how the server distributes and sells creeper eggs or they need to allow chests to be open in claimed territory.

Anyways I think c eggs should be like 5%-10% in vote crates.
