Factions, The End And 1.9

[Misstify]

I know to prevent farmers The End had been disabled,
And plenty of people have suggested to re-add it with limits
I was thinking with the new 'extension' to The End in 1.9 how would it work?
I mean I don't play on factions much but I'm curious
Would the portal to that new part just always be there for people to use...
If The End was re-added, should it?
