ok, I see no staff on and whenever they're on, they're not doing shit. I'm getting pissed about the fact that the anti-cheat is not working. Many hackers are taking over the server. Do something about it. Like jeez the amount of diamond sets I lost to the hackers is ridiculous. Even a server with a smaller amount of people have better staff/anti cheat.

If there is no staff online and when the anti-cheat cannot detect anything/much, you, as a player, can take action by filing player reports which helps tremendously. You can file player reports here: https://snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open (Make sure to change the department to 'Player Reports').

We, as staff members, try our best to get rid of any cheaters, hackers, or people who abuse things such as glitches. We also need help from the community when it comes to these people as well. Just because Staff members aren't on does not mean hackers cannot be punished, that is where you step in and help the community .
