Fly Now Disabled In The Arena.

Recently /fly has been removed in the arena of KitPVP. I think this is an unfair change to the game because one of the main reasons people buy ranks is to be able to fly. I know it can be unfair sometimes to people without ranks but it does not make you better at PVP only easier to get to people. We payed to be able to fly in the arena and it doesn't make a huge difference to the non ranks and I hope it is re-added again.

We're here to provide an enjoyable experience to Donors and Non-Donors alike, not just Donors. (I'll let someone who was involved in the removal of fly to elaborate on the topic).

I'm pretty sure it says somewhere that ranks may be changed at any time. Also, the perks are to give players a better experience, and have more fun. I do have a few suggestions, but I'll make a separate thread for that. Anyways, I support this because the server has been made for all of us to have fun. Now, let's say that you're a non-rank. Is it fun that someone flies to you, and you are instantly killed? As Bob had said, it's for an enjoyable experience for everyone, not just donors.

Uhg.. The reason we get perks is we donated IRL money. Should we not get a good advantage for 20$?

As you can see, fly has been a command for donors for a long while now. And just how Bob has explained, we want to create an experience for both non-donors and donors. We are realizing that we want donors to get fun perks, not perks that ruin the definition of KitPVP. Fly was something that ruined, and imbalanced that.

No matter what points you make, it ruined it period. And it's true that you paid for it, but if you have read the terms, you'd know that the perks can change at anytime. While that's happening, there's a good idea it's getting fixed.

As said, we want a friendly and fair atmosphere for both non-donors and donors. We want donors to have fun perks, but fly was just an obsolete perk that ruined Pvp and was a mistake from the start. I hope that you can see from a different point of view as to why this is happening. If not, then I understand.

Well donors should atleast get a couple new perks if a huge one is taken away.

Yes, and I totally agree. We're just finding perks that will make a donors experience more fun rather than upgrading them to the point it's not even fair. If you have suggestions, then by all means post it.

While doing this, we're still trying to keep the game play balanced for both sides.

Have you ever heard of the EULA? And player fairness? Apparently in 1.8 you can trile your fly speed which is unfair for people who have to run.
