Can someone disapear out of my Friends list when he/she changes the Minecraft name?

The name and skin of each player on your friend list changes to coincide with what the player has changed about their profile. If you think a friend has disappeared from your friend list, it maybe because they have removed you as a friend or you removed them as a friend (unknowingly).

To keep up-to-date on if your friend has changed their visit: https://namemc.com/ and search for the player with the last known IGN they had.
