Will Gems from /rewards be transfered over after reset?

Unsure to which reset you are referring to, however your gems shouldn't be lost either way in general.

If you use your gems on a rank, and the (supposed upcoming) reset occurs. Email Snapcraft and you should get your rank after the (supposed upcoming) reset.

Gems doesn't reset, it's a global thing just like ranks, player levels etc.. If they were to disappear somehow without using them, just open a support ticket.
