Glitched Gear In Zombie Survival

When the recent bug happened in Zombie survival I still had my gear, i decided to play a bit and eventually i died. When i spawned in the lobby with all me gear they had red 0's on them and when i tried to click them they disappeared D:

I had

-An Iron Helmet
-Diamond Chestplate
-Diamond Leggings
-Diamond Boots
-That 2000 WP enchanted stone sword

Please help D:
