God tier in survival

My god tier got taken away and I had no idea why, people told me it was because i haven't played in a while so they took it away from me. So, I thought to make a thread here to get in touch with snapcraft. I'm gonna start playing again so i'd like to have my tier back that i spent 200 dollars for, thank you!

you lost your rank cus a few months ago the hardrive or something like that on the server crashed. Everyone lost there lvl and there rank. If you have proof you had the rank send it to snaps support email.
