If you have proof of someone breaking the rules, make a report. Players don't get punished unless there is eligible proof of them breaking a rule.

You need video proof of the player griefing to get them banned or really good, detailed screenshots. If so, open a support ticket (www.snapcraft.net/support-tickets/) and file a report there and staff will deal with it. As long as the proof is valid.
