If you're trying to report someone, you can make a support ticket at https://snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open

That is not proof of someone using a hacked client, however we don't ban for people admitting to hacks.
And next time you wish to report a player, open a support ticket (https://www.snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open) and change the department to "Player Report", make sure you provide proof such as screenshots and/or video recordings.
