So I've been using Laby mod recently for the mod that shows the players health bar above their head. I've just recently learned that the anti cheat can ban you for using laby mod. Are there any other clients that have an option to show a players health above there head?

I'd suggest you stop using Laby-mod if you don't want to risk being banned by the Anti-cheat.
You won't be able to appeal your punishment if you happen to get restricted by the Anti-cheat whilst using this client.

^ As Nlus said, staff will not ban you for LabyMod however it sends non vanilla packets to the server which can cause it to be banned by the AC.
