hello. So i made a unmute appeal on Jan 1st for survival. As of right now, no staff has seen it. (if you want to see it http://www.snapcraft.net/threads/3910/ ) But thats not the reason for this post. When i checked to see my appeal it was locked. No staff posted why it was locked and i want to know why it was locked when it wasnt resolved yet. So staff please help.

it could be because you made an appeal 4 days before the one you are describing in this thread :/ that's probably the case, but staff should at least notify why the thread was locked
