I'm muted and banned for a long time and I understood the all caps stuff but then I tried talking with signs and didn't know it was a rule and I got banned and muted a long time and I got so frustrated I started crying now I don't know if I'll ever get unmueted or unbanned please please unmute and unban me it will never happen again

You can appeal for an unmute/unban for your current punishment in place. Make sure to tab it under appeals and to fill out the corresponding boxes as well. Best of luck.
