I have been banned two hours ago while i was offline for : inapropriate skin, i don't understand why because i currently have default minecraft skin and im offline

If someone reported your skin as inappropriate then you get banned till you change. You appeal your ban by opening a support ticket (www.snapcraft.net/support-tickets/) and change the department to appeals stating that you’ve changed your skin.

thank but i was offline and my skin is the default one, im a steve, 2 days ago i had a bad skin but i changed it yesterday
