- Must be somewhat decent at pvp and defending.: I am
- Be as active as possible, both on the server and Skype.: I am on skype as live:ianphess I use skype, teamspeak. I am active for at least 2 hours a day on the server and skype.
- +5 power at all times, rather more than less.: I understand because staff members need to be on a lot and it does'nt look good for the server if there not...
- Trustworthy is the key to get into the faction, if anything happens, instant kick: I understand because with too many permisions it can get to be heckit...
- Be able to have fun, not 100% serious. :Yes I can be serious when needed but other wise I'm pretty Cool
