how do i set a custom tp

Hey,

Not sure what you mean by Custom Tp, but there's a few commands you can do to get to your claimed areas?
/sethome
/f sethome

Or even, if you'd prefer to teleport to the wild to set up a claim:
/rtp.

Also you can do /f setwarp and then /f warp if that is what you are looking for
