How do you make a visitor door?

There is an island option called "Visitor door use". How exactly do I make a visitor door?

This post is a little old but has no response, so here's one. "Visitor door use" means that you have the ability to choose if you want other players on the skyblock server to use the doors on your island. People usually keep the setting at "not allowed" so that others won't go snooping around their island.
