I got perm banned. Pt.2

In my last thread, I guess I wasn't clear. I was temp-banned before and appealed, do I have a chance to appeal or do I have no chance of appeal?

So have you have been temp-banned before for hacking and now have been banned permanently for hacking (2 offenses for hacking, two different times)? If this is the problem, yes you are still able to appeal.
