I got scammed

Not sure where to post this but i just got scammed out of 9 keys. Not much but the issue still stands that he's scamming. Im in prison asking for trades he messages me. He teleports to me and then i give him 13 prison vote keys expecting 13 sky. We went to skyblock and he drops 4 and instantly switches back to prison. I messaged him letting him know i didnt get all of them. I didnt get a reply so i tried again stating if he doesnt i would be making this post with video evidence, still got no reply. So here i am and here's the video, please punish.
