I need help Iron Golam spawner glitch!

This is obviously a visual glitch, and you seem to be very aware of that. You don't seem to be too overwhelmed about getting an iron golem spawner, and it's quite obviously taken from the auction house. Here's a video showing how simple it is to pull off:

You won't be given a new spawner, even though this video shows an item supposedly disappearing. The item simply doesn't exist.
