I Need Help!!! On Skyblock!

So i have been playing sky block and got a beacon and i noticed that the beacon wont be active as i seen in the setting it says Not Allowed Any know how to Allow it? Any help is appreciated

It says Disallowed in settings, but beacons still function as normal. Did you try setting it up?

yes i did and it won't light up
can u go on my island and check?

Also my Island Wont get to Lvl 150 While I have Done all it says It keeps going down

Remove all the blocks that's over the beacon, and make sure you have the right amount of blocks underneath it, it should work. Also, if you remove blocks from your island the is level will go down as well. The is level will get higher the more blocks you use etc..
