I got banned of factions, which I had overlord on, will I still have it if I get an unban?

Yes you will. A ban just doesn't allow for you to enter the server, it won't remove your rank.

In the policy it states that your rank can be removed or lowed. However, this is done very rarely and in extreme cases.
