I'm having trouble with /adlink

Whenever I use /adlink to try to get gems it rarely works for me. Even if it starts working for a bit it always stops working not long after. I've tried Chrome, Explorer, and Firefox. I have the same issue on all of them. Any suggestions on how to fix it?
