I'm not getting member rank???

I already linked my Minecraft account with website. For some reason in game I don't have [Member] rank!
Why?

Try unlinking it at the top right under MineSync Settings, if it doesn't work open up a support ticket (www.snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open) and the staff will help you out!
