Im not trying to be rude but I think some staff members need better training in knowing how to see hacks, as all of the reports I post are hackers and one is said to "Not have enough evidence" When there is clearly more than enough when he auto locks onto players as well as bunny hop detection. bunny hop is probably one of the easiest hacks to see but I was told to send it to another staff as they cant see bunny hop when it is the easiest hack to see. and aura is easy to see. aura you look for how they lock onto people. if the aura persons view follows the players exact movements and endlessly swings. its aura. and bunny hop if they player can jump and move at about 12 blocks per jump or something like that and at the speed of say speed 8 that is bunny hop hacks like heres on of the clips of a kill aura and I can clearly see aura especially at spawn how he locks onto a nearby player and starts swinging.

Lol there's plenty of staff who aren't pvpers and can therefore not identify hacks. Most of them are hired to handle chat orianted things, or something else.

Staff should in general think this as constructive criticism. All can be better to identify hacks, as it's been a problem on minecraft multiplayer worlds for the last years.

Not taking shots at staff, but everyone can get better. As simple hackers have been denied as hacking by staff hundrets of times over the past years.

Most staff ask about opinions from other staff members when it comes to hacker reports if they're uncertain. Also when it comes to some hacks you need a certain amount of evidence that you need to be 100% sure.

Also staff don't get trained to look for hacks, some know more than others and every staff member is still learning each and everyday.

The bottom line is that we can't ban unless we are 100% sure. For that we need to take many factors into account; lag spikes/high ping, glitches, visual bugs among a range of many other issues. Only once all of these possibilities have been cleared, can we take action against the player. For many players (including us) it can be frustrating knowing one hacks but not having sufficient proof. We must follow protocol to ensure normal players are not unfairly treated. We are also working on constantly improving our detection abilities and ingame plugins. Thank you for expressing your concerns and I assure you we are doing everything we can to improve continually.
