Pending In-game profile - Discord account connection

Since Discord is a commonly used platform, mentioning that the Snapcraft Discord server has over 13K members, it would be a great idea to allow users to connect their in-game profile with their Discord account and be able to access their statistics and data through the Snapcraft Discord bot!

Ways of linking:
- Login on the site (snapcraft.net) using Discord OAuth2.
- Use a command in-game (/link) that generates a UUID that can be used in a command on Snapcraft Discord bot (e.g. !link 1234-qwerty).

Benefits of linking your in-game profile:
- See your rank on the top-voters leaderboard.
- See your statistics and level on each gamemode through a command on the Snapcraft Discord bot.
- And more! (Come on, snapcraft team. You surely can think of more ideas!)

Personally don't see a reason why this is needed cause it won't do anything, most people that play on the server aren't using the discord so showing off the rank is quite pointless.
