Is Targeting A Player In Kitpvp Aloud?

I was on kit pvp today and I was fighting. The player who I was hitting kept coming back to me so I kept killing her. My question is....Is targeting players to kill in kit pvp against the rules? Remember this is in KIT PVP.

I don't see why it's not allowed... I don't think there are any rules on who you pvp as long as it's not interfering with anything.

I think it's fine. The person or people you're targeting may get angry at you though. So be careful on who you choose to target.
