Issue with my Survival Level

Until last week I used to have Level 50 on survival, however, now I have Level 8. Can someone explain this to me or please fix it. Here are screenshots of before and now.

There was a hard drive failure which caused Snapcraft to crash.

Does that mean my Level can't be fixed?

All levels and points has been lost and there is nothing they can do about it.
