Is Orange Marshall's 1.7 animations mod allowed on this server? And is his SimpleMods allowed?

Mods that give you an advantage over other players are not allowed (from what I've heard)
Mods like optifine don't give you unfair advantages so they're allowed.

You're allowed to use any mod that doesn't give yourself an unfair advantage from anyone else.
