Kill on a plot

I got killed by someone by the name of puppetmater on their plot, the evidence is attached. I'm also wondering if it is possible to get temp-banned if the player does this.

Also just a heads up before you make the report, this is not enough evidence, as there are many questions that can come from your screenshot.
