Hello,

I had bought a rank for one of my friends about 2-3 days ago. He still hasn't received the rank. I had messaged The SnapCraft support email, still no reply. The money has been withdrawn from my card. His name is Mr_Stashko I had bought him Rank "Knight" if this can be fixed and for him to finally receive the rank it would be very much appreciated.

It takes time for the reply from the email- Normally around 2-3 days. Just wait it out.
