What are the odds of getting leaf decay turned on? I heard it was turned off and went to test it myself and sure enough, rip apple farming. Would be great to have it on. Mostly just a question for staff but feel free to post your opinion on it.

It's turned off cause the leaves would decay on other plots whether they're claimed or not (Since they're custom made). As well as on the walkway around the plot world.
