First Step
Yesterday I purchased 5 rare keys and 5 legendary keys. Promptly, it showed in chat that I had purchased both of them, but only the button to claim the legendary keys popped up. Today, I bought 20 legendary keys, and promptly the message came up that I had purchased it, but no claim button showed up. I went to the survival server to talk to staff about my problem, and then 20 legendary keys and 5 rare keys came into my inventory on survival, I came back to sky block and the staff there then told me to create a ticket on the forum. To be clear my keys somehow appeared on the survival server and I need them back on sky block, if possible. Thank you.
