Looking for answers

I am fairly new to the server and i would like some questions answered for me if possible.

1. Is pvp off by default when creating a region? Mine was turned on as soon as i placed the sponge down.
2. With pvp enabled in my region can my house and chest be raided and destroyed?
3. How do i lock doors or chest inside of my region?
4. Is it possible to setup chest in my home to sell items to other players?
5. Why are mobs spawning inside of my home (Inside my region)?

1. PvP is enabled by default.
2. No your region is protected so no one can access your chests(Unless added)
3. All doors and chests are automaticly locked
4. Yes it is possible to make a chest shop I will make a /warp info this week.
5. To not have mobs spawn you should use light sources.
