Lower /spawn Time

I think /spawn time should be lower in kitpvp. I was fishing at the big place with the lilypads then a guy with diamond armor came along so I /spawn'd but didn't get enough time. This is also annoying for me when I try to go store stuff i just got.

I feel it is at a good time and should not be lowered. It is quite low right now already at 5 seconds. It seems it would be quite op if it were quicker.
