By this i mean, move tickets to discord, why? Because that is what everyone use nowadays and its less confusing, first time i was on this website to make a ticket it took me like 30 minutes just to find out where to/how to make a ticket.

i agree that this would make it easier for players to make tickets, but there one of the main factors i disagree with the overall suggestion is there are many players on snapcraft that are banned from the discord and this would make them unable to make tickets in situations when they would need to

Hey, I would have to disagree on this one, it would just be disorganized and just more complicated to deal with in my opinion!

I do not fully mind discord tickets, it definitely would encourage more of them to be created with ease through discord. I do not think it should ONLY be discord though as forums is available to mostly everyone whilst discord players receive punishments and then would no longer be able to create a ticket.
