mcMMO grinding

Lately I have been grinding a lot of mcMMO points here on skyblock, and i see a lot of other players have been doing this too. But some are very hard to get, like unarmed. When using the command '/unarmed ?' there is a bit of information about how to gain it. but it is not very clear. i thought some players who have experience with mcMMO could help me out here. I have tried a lot of things already, like hitting other players when unarmed, other mobs from spawners, i have tried this on pigman who come out of the portals. but none of these seem to add any exp. I hope someone can help me here

Unarmed is disabled on the server.
