Yeah, um...I dont know how this kind of thing is handled here, but This guy Minewars9 kept being like extremely rude to me for no reason and he like consistently did it until i had to /ignore him

When reporting a player, open a support ticket (https://www.snapcraft.net/support-tickets/open) and change the department to "player report"
