Missing Textures for Weapons

My Zombie slayer sword, berserker sword and a rare bow that I have all have missing textures. I don't know if this applies to any other weapons or people, but if there is a texture pack that the server has and I don't can you link it in the replies, and if not instruct me on how to fix it.

What version are you using? if its a version below 1.9 it will do that.

He has 1.14 armor textures in that image, so I’m assuming weapon skins may not work in 1.14? It’s not been out that long.
