Mob tick I frames

So currently you have mobs that can only be dmged every 10 ticks. With the implement of mcMMO you should change the entity DMG to zero ticks. I'm having a issue hitting mobs with a bow I can only hit a mob every 10ticks and all other arrows bounce back and cause zero dmg. This should not be hard to fix.
