Monthly Vote system

What time do the servers run in? ECT or PST or what? Evey time when a new month starts, I want to know what hour because Im PST and IDK what time to vote for the new day.

The server is hosted in Virginia USA. But the voting sites has different cooldowns, everything from 10h to 23h. You just have to figure out which ones which or ask around the server.

I mean personally, I am EST so I vote around that time. But as said above ^
