Muted???

Hey so i'm a new player just joined today actually. So, I was being killed a lot so I said in these exact words, "Anyone want to team with me? I'm new and i'm decent." Then I get perm muted for advertising. I do not believe that I deserve this so I would appreciate if I got unmuted.
