My Friend Is Banned From the snapcraft shop

Hello its me whostolemycows im hoping u guys write a soon a possible .
My Friend Mruczek15 is banned from the snapcraft shop for no reason and he would like to be able to get stuff on it tho its shows up when he clicks buy your banned from buying . Thank you for reading

1) Reload his browser
2) Go to: https://snapcraft.net/store
3) Sign in

Then everything should be back to normal,
Unless of course this individual has changed back, He will not be able to purchase anything.

Probably would be a good idea to create a support ticket and send it to either the "Bug Reports" department or the "Webshop or website issues" department.

It would be better if he did it rather than you to make communication easier.

Would it be possible for someone else with his name to have charged back then changed there username then your friend changed it to that? or would that not ban his friend from buycraft

Accounts are usually banned by their UUID, so changing of name shouldn't affect the punishment.
